However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a refund. Please review our refund and returns policy to understand how we handle such requests.

1. Services Covered
This policy applies to the following services provided by ASCILLA:
– Landing Page Design and Development
– Website Design and Development
– Webshop Design and Development

2. Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every service we provide. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
– Non-delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the service within the agreed-upon timeframe and no prior written extension has been agreed to, you are eligible for a refund.
– Incomplete Service: If the project is incomplete, and no acceptable milestones have been met based on our initial agreement.
– Discrepancies in Scope: If the final deliverable is significantly different from what was agreed upon in the project scope.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
– Client’s Change of Mind: Once work on the project has started, refunds will not be issued for changes in scope or if you change your mind about the project.
– Completed Projects: Once the project is delivered, accepted, or approved by you, no refund will be issued.
– Third-party Issues: We are not responsible for issues related to third-party services, such as hosting providers or software, and refunds will not be granted for such issues.

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
– Submit a Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service issue arising. Please provide detailed reasons for the refund request.
– Internal Review: We will review your request within 7 business days and may ask for further clarification if needed.
– Outcome: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

5. Revisions and Adjustments
If you are unsatisfied with any part of the project deliverable, we encourage you to first request revisions or adjustments before applying for a refund. We offer revisions as per the agreed-upon terms and will work with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
